Refund Policy

If you have any issues with your order, please email support@lilyameliajewelry.com, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Return Options

  • Full Refund Option:
    You may return the item for a full refund, but please note that the return will need to be sent to our warehouse located in Asia and shipping costs will be at the customers expense. 
  • Keep the Item with a 10% Refund:
    To save on return costs, you can keep the item and we will refund 10% of the total order value.

Manufacturing Faults

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us upon receiving your parcel for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items

Customers who receive incorrect items or products with a manufacturing fault are eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund without the need for return.
Please note: The House of Luxe warehouse conducts strict quality control on every item prior to dispatch.

Shipping and Delays

  • We do not issue store credit or refunds on original shipping charges.
  • We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside the estimated shipping times of 5-15 business days.
    Delays can happen unexpectedly, but we will do our best to resolve any delivery issues.

Exchanges

We strive to make exchanges as convenient as possible for our customers. 

  • Keep the Original Item & Pay for Shipping:
    To streamline the exchange process, you can keep the original item and pay a shipping fee for the new item. This saves you from having to return the original item, avoiding international shipping costs and waiting times for the item to reach our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy 

At House of Luxe, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

  • Order Cancellation Requests:
    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Shipped Orders:
    Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. We are unable to recall or reroute parcels once they are in transit.
